Intelligence · Infrastructure · A Brighter Tomorrow

AI infrastructure,
under one asset.

Compute, power, cooling and the grid — the physical layer intelligence runs on. Structured on-chain, open to everyone, owned in the open.

Lifecycle

From ground lease
to a record you can trust.

Four stages. Each one leaves evidence the next can trust instead of re-verifying from scratch.

01

Register

Described once — parcel, capacity, interconnect, counterparties — and given a permanent identifier.

02

Verify

Permits, surveys, agreements and inspections attach as signed attestations, not emailed PDFs.

03

Fund

Qualified participants transact against a record anyone can confirm independently.

04

Track

Milestones, draws and operating metrics append to the same record for the life of the asset.

What it is — and isn't

Built to be verified,
not to be traded.

The token is a record-keeping primitive: a verified claim about a physical thing — who owns it, what stage it's at, what it's rated for. It isn't built to be traded for its own sake, and any investment function needs the right legal footing in each jurisdiction.

Record type
Asset-referenced infrastructure record
Represents
A verified claim on a physical project or its milestones
Issued by
The project sponsor, counter-signed by verifying parties
Transferability
Restricted — permissioned to qualified, verified participants
Attestations
Permits · surveys · interconnect agreements · inspections
Settlement
T+0 record update; funds settle through regulated rails
Audit trail
Append-only; every state change is signed and timestamped
Compliance
Jurisdiction-specific; gated at the participant level
Why it matters

What a shared record removes.

01

Questions

Common questions.

$TNT is a token on Solana, and it is how the marketplace shares what it earns: a portion of platform revenue goes back to holders. It is not a claim on any individual facility and does not track the price of any commodity — the value comes from marketplace activity, not from custody of the assets.

Participation is gated and depends on jurisdiction — typically verified sponsors, contractors, utilities, lenders and qualified investors.

The record reflects reality rather than hiding it. A stalled or cancelled project is marked as such, and the append-only history shows exactly when and why it changed — the transparency the current process lacks.

Through an API. It sits alongside the ERP, GIS and project tools each party already runs rather than replacing them — reading and writing the shared facts, leaving everything else in place.

Not yet. The platform is pre-launch; the official announcement is 30 September. Everything shown here illustrates how the system is designed to work.
